Art Parties are a delightful way to celebrate your special occasion! It’s not only memorable, but it lets everyone take home a piece of artwork to remember the day! We pride ourselves in offering a creative and inspiring environment for everyone to flourish in. We accommodate any and all groups, such as: private parties, girls’ night out, birthday parties, bridal parties, church groups, youth groups, Girl and Boy Scouts badge projects, etc.
How many people can I invite and what is the cost?
We would like a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 participants. The cost includes all materials, prep time for all materials, professional artist payment to teach, and cleanup of studio.
The cost is:
$35.00 for Adults
$25.00 for Children
What types of parties do you offer?
This is the fun part! A professional artist will be teaching exciting art techniques while keeping in mind each person has their own unique vision and creative expression. Here are the classes you can choose from:

When can I pick up my artwork?
Most of the artwork will need time to dry or be fired depending on the type of class. Arrangements will need to be made to pick up your artwork. Please allow three days for Ceramics, Fused Glass, and Mosaics. For Painting, Watercolor, Printmaking, and Collage, you can pick those projects up the next day. Jewelry can be taken home that evening!
Can I bring party food and drinks?
Absolutely! You may bring any food or drinks you would like. We have a small refrigerator on site that you are welcome to use too. Be sure to bring paper products and serving utensils.
Can I play music?
We have ‘Alexa’ that can play any music you want!
How do I pick a date and time?
We are happy to go over dates and times with you over the phone or by email. Ideally, we would like to have you book your party one month in advanced. The calendar fills up quickly, so email us as soon as you can!
Day Parties are from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Afternoon Parties are from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Evening Parties are from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
What time can I set up?
You may come 30 minutes before your party starts to set up.
Do I need to make a deposit?
We would like a deposit for 5 participants ($175.00 for Adults and $125.00 for Children), which can be mailed directly to the Art Center or dropped off at our location. Please make the check payable to Inspire Art Center and write the date of your party in the memo section. We also accept credit card payment over the phone with your approval. Once we receive your deposit, your date will be official and added to our calendar!
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
Life happens and we will be more than happy to refund your deposit up to three weeks before your scheduled party. Deposits are non-refundable, and a credit will be issued for cancellations during weeks two and three before your scheduled party. Since we will not have time to book another class, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel 7 days before your party.
When is the balance due?
The rest of the balance is due on the day of your party! This allows you some extra time to add more people if needed. Please let us know the final number a week before the party.
How long does the party last?
You will receive 2 hours of party time with an additional 30 minutes to set-up and clean-up. This brings the total to three hours.
What should everyone wear?
We provide smocks, but it is recommended that you wear older, paint friendly party clothes. You may get paint on your hands but that is what creativity is all about, getting messy!
Do I need to clean up?
You can take time after the class to clean up all supplies. We ask all guest to help clean up their work area. We also ask that you allow time to clean up any food, drinks or party supplies. We will do the rest.
